Otoshiana Maru was an oil tanker in New York Harbor where the gargoyles battled the Pack following its escape from Rikers Island. It was destroyed in the course of the battle. ("Leader of the Pack")
Behind the Scenes
It seemed to be a subtle nod to Star Trek: Wrath of Khan in the naming of the ship here. Otoshiana Maru seems to be a nod to the Tobiashi Maru simulation from the movie, which was a no-win situation.
