GargWiki is the ultimate reference guide to the world of Disney's Gargoyles! Although this site contains information on anything and everything relating to Gargoyles, the primary focus of the wiki is the canonical Gargoyles Universe, as envisioned by creator Greg Weisman. This includes the first two seasons of the television show, the comic book series by Slave Labor Graphics, and the current comic series by Dynamite Entertainment.
Since 2006, GargWiki has been an invaluable resource to fans, old and new, looking to better familiarize themselves with Gargoyles. Exploring GargWiki is as easy as using the search bar at the top right of the screen, or browsing the site using our category system (the top-level categories are listed in the banner at the top of this page).
But remember: GargWiki is always growing, and you can help out! To contribute, visit our Community Portal, which has tips for getting started and a list of useful jobs you can do.
So come on in, and welcome to the world of Gargoyles!

New to GargWiki?
Category:Canon covers in-universe information, detailing not only characters, places, and objects, but also real world information, including the relevant television episodes and comic issues.
Additional real world topics, including cast and crew members, animation studios, and merchandise can be found in Category:Out-of-universe.
After the series ended in 1996, Greg Weisman revealed many secrets and plans he had for the Gargoyles Universe, including spin-offs and new characters. Entries on these revelations are located in Category:Canon-in-training.
Some canon entries contain text written in bold, blue type. This signifies, for easy distinction, Canon-in-training material in a primarily Canon entry.
Finally, Category:Apocrypha is dedicated to non-canon Gargoyles material, such as The Goliath Chronicles, the Marvel Comics series, Radio Plays, and more recent comic crossovers.

Shahrizad is an immortal human woman – a scholar, wanderer, and whispered confidante of Thailog. Some call her a storyteller; others, a collector of truths disguised as tales. She moves between worlds with practiced ease: an initiated member of the Illuminati Society in one breath, a quiet presence in the shadowed corners of the Labyrinth in the next. Like any good tale-teller, she did not shout for attention; she merely spoke, and readers leaned closer to listen. Since then, Shahrizad has inspired theories and speculation worthy of her own parables, for her history is revealed in fragments . . . and always with purpose.
Within the Gargoyles Universe, she serves not only as narrator but as curator of memory. Through her voice, forgotten lore resurfaces, secrets take shape, and the boundaries between history and myth blur. And, as ever, she invites the listener with her ageless refrain:
"The story is told – though who can say if it be true . . ." (more...)
