Joe Books Ltd. is a publishing company that briefly held the license to several Disney properties including Gargoyles and Darkwing Duck. They were planning to publish Gargoyles Cinestories; the first was to be released in 2017 before they quietly cancelled those plans. [1]
For a few years, Joe Books held the license for Gargoyles comic books. [2] Dynamite Entertainment acquired the license by 2022. [3]
As of 2020, Joe Books official website and Twitter, Facebook, and Comixology accounts have been removed from the internet.
