Vic Cook was a storyboard artist on Gargoyles and director for Team Atlantis. He was also Greg Weisman's partner on several projects, most notably The Spectacular Spider-Man, but also Kidd/Hero and Mecha-Nation. [1][2]
Cook also was a storyboard artist for Darkwing Duck and Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, as well as writing the episode "Kung Fooled" for the former.
