Washington, D.C., often referred to as simply Washington, is the capital city of the United States of America and one of the largest cities in North America.
History
On Halloween, 1996, Xanatos and his family came to Washington to attend a party at the White House. The Illuminati had arranged the invite so that Xanatos would be able to encounter Quincy Hemings there. ("Masque", "Bash")
