He attempted to rob a man at gunpoint before Broadway stopped him. Broadway crushed the mugger’s gun and made him give up Glasses's name and location. Broadway then threw the mugger to the ground and left. ("Deadly Force")
He was later brought into the 23rd precinct for unknown reasons. He started actively resisting and many police officers had to help subdue him. He was brought into the 23rd again when the Hunters destroyed the Clock Tower. ("Turf", "Hunter's Moon" Part Three)
