History
When Broadway took it upon himself to reopen Elisa Maza's cold missing persons case, he tried to interrogate the tenant in 1B, the previous landlord's former neighbor. However, it became evident that Broadway's third suspect was hard of hearing and believed the gargoyle was trying to sell cookies. Despite her apparent senility, she still had the wherewithal to phone the police about a "gargoyle in a trench coat" loitering in the building's hallways. Elisa was notified shortly after.
