:Because the introduction paragraph from the actual entry is two lines long, and needed expanding. I couldn't include the rest of the entry without paraphrasing it considerably, so that's what I did. I picked what I thought was most important to the character, and tried to write it in a way that would appeal to casual visitors. Feel free to change it. :: Well, actually, similar summary paragraphs might not be bad to have on the major characters... as long as they are in-universe ("Goliath is a gargoyle") as opposed to out-of-universe ("Goliath is a fictional character from ''Gargoyles''"). Because the introduction paragraph from the actual entry is two lines long, and needed expanding. I couldn't include the rest of the entry without paraphrasing it considerably, so that's what I did. I picked what I thought was most important to the character, and tried to write it in a way that would appeal to casual visitors. Feel free to change it.
