Trivia
Similar weapons appeared in both The Spectacular Spider-Man and Young Justice. In the former, Silver Sable made use of a staple cannon as her primary weapon and in the latter, Black Beetle morphed the arm of his scarab armor into a staple cannon. Greg Weisman credits the weapons' various appearances in part because they were "cool. And different." [1]
