Dave's Ball and Stick is a pool hall in Manhattan. It is owned and run by Dave.
History
In 1995, Elisa pretended to threaten Dave and the Ball and Stick while playing the part of a crooked cop in order to infiltrate Dracon's protection ring. Elisa actually did some minor damage to the lighting at the pool hall and intimidated Dave. ("Protection")
