Monsieur Le Maire is a mysterious individual who contacted the Director over the telephone, regarding the Redemption Squad that the Director had assembled. He represents an organization opposed to the Illuminati. Le Maire speaks French. His name is French for "The Mayor". (Note that the Redemption Squad is based in Paris.)
