Shock-Collar
Revision as of 20:31, 16 January 2024 by Phoenician (talk | contribs) (I went with 'considerable' instead of 'sadistic' for now, but I wouldn't be opposed to the change.)
A Shock-Collar is used to subdue its wearers with an intense electric shock. They can be operated with a handheld control. ("Render Unto Caesar")
History
Shock-Collars are capable of overpowering a gargoyle. The Gargoyle Taskforce first used one on Goliath when he was first captured in Central Park in May 1997. The prison guard Renqvist took considerable pleasure in tormenting Goliath while he was incarcerated at Rikers Island. Goliath wore the shock-collar throughout his hearing, and it was only removed when Judge Roebling released him from custody. ("Render Unto Caesar", "Your Witness", "New Rules")
