White Council

The White Council is an organization, described as something akin to a "shadow cabinet". Its headquarters are currently in Bermuda, but it reportedly moves about. According to one of its members, Monsieur Le Maire, Shahrizad is currently assigned with infiltrating their enemy, the Illuminati.
Shahrizad has shared that the Council needs a new name. ("Quo Vadis Cum Hoc?")
