The Seine is a river in northern France that flows through the city of Paris and eventually into the English Channel. The river bisects the city into two, with the southern portion referred to as the Rive Gauche and the northern portion as Rive Droit. Île de la Cité, an island in the river within the city of Paris, is home to Notre Dame Cathedral.
In 1996, the Skiff carrying Elisa with a sleeping Goliath, Angela, Bronx appeared on the Seine during one of their stops of the World Tour. ("Sanctuary")
