Construction Worker
The Construction Worker is a human citizen of New York City, who commutes by subway.
History
In 1996, he was on the subway reading the newspaper, when he greeted an undercover Elisa with a nod. When he saw the armed Street Thugs enter the train car, he voiced his opinion of the anticipated robbery as an inconvenience with an "Ah, perfect" under his breath. Before the thugs could shakedown the Construction Worker, the Manhattan Clan swooped in, tore open the roof of the train car, and stopped the perpetrators. Despite the gargoyles' efforts, the humans (save for Elisa) remained terrified of them.
When the subway arrived at the next station, he and the other humans rushed out the train car pleading to the authorities for protection, worried the gargoyles "might come back." ("Hunter's Moon" Part One)
