Alphabet City is an associate of Izaak Slaughter. [1]

In May 1997, he, Murray, and Slaughter surveyed the damage from the cybots attack at Slaughter Films. Alphabet traced that the cybots were stolen from a Cyberbiotics shipping container in New Jersey while the RECAP visor was stolen from a Xanatos Enterprises truck in Albany.
