When Broadway took it upon himself to reopen Elisa Maza's cold missing persons case, he interviewed the tenant in 2B (his fifth suspect). Wanting to help, the tenant answered the gargoyle's questions, confirming that he never saw their previous landlord. ("Stone Cold Case")
