The Tenant in 4A is an equal-part owner of 601 Amsterdam Avenue, living on the fourth floor.

History
When Broadway took it upon himself to reopen Elisa Maza's cold missing persons case, he attempted to interview the tenant in 4A (his eighth suspect), but the tenant insisted he was in the middle of an experiment with his Pet Spider to answer the gargoyle's questions, and instead asked if Broadway could return in four hours.
