Dr. Rostam Vaughn medically examined Goliath at Rikers Island following his capture by the Gargoyle Taskforce in Central Park in May 1997. The gargoyle was unconscious at the time of the examination. He later testified at Goliath's Hearing to determine his sentience. ("Your Witness")
