Eastcheap Isle is an Illuminati submersible ship, filled with the Society's treasure. It is disguised to resemble an island and is guarded by various attack and sentry robots as well as by Falstaff and his gang. The treasurer of Eastcheap, Wyvern the Dragon, resides here as well.

Falstaff and his gang of thieves were placed in charge of protecting Eastcheap Island, the Illuminati's treasury, after Falstaff joined the organization. ("Strangled", "Losers")
While Falstaff and his gang run operations and security on the "island", the treasurer is Wyvern the dragon. He sleeps atop the massive pile of treasures and protects it.
