History
In 1996 Xanatos, in a scheme to bait the Kachina Coyote, leased some land on an Arizona reservation apparently belonging to the Hopi, and began preparations to bulldoze a sacred soil carving of Coyote. The reservation authorities were not informed about this plan, but Beth Maza suspected that Xanatos was up to something, and asked her father Peter to investigate. When Avalon sent Elisa, Goliath, Angela, and Bronx to Arizona, the six of them were able to prevent the carving's destruction, with some help from Coyote.
