Monsieur Le Maire and the Director set up a base by 1996 for the Redemption Squad to train and rest. ("Estranged")
Characteristics
It features a hanger for their helicopter, the Redemption (although at least three automobiles are stored here) as well as a training room, and living areas.
The Director also keeps an office here.
