General Store is the name of Mr. Jaffe's grocery store.
History
How long General Store has been open is unknown, but it has been open since Matt Bluestone was a boy.
The neighborhood the store is located in is a high crime area. However, Mr. Jaffe keeps the store open so the people in the neighborhood will have a place to buy groceries.
In February 1995, the store was the target of armed robbery, until the Manhattan Clan adopted the borough as their protectorate. [1] Later that October, the store was broken into by Fox while she wore the Eye of Odin. As a werefox, her accelerated metabolism required constant sustenance and, as a result, she tore up the inside of the store and broke the front window.
