Park Manor Hotel
The Park Manor Hotel is an upscale hotel in New York City. Most infamously, it is where the Dracon Family lives and operates their criminal enterprises from.
History
Elisa Maza confronted Tony Dracon, following his theft of over three-hundred particle beam weapons from Xanatos Enterprises. Dracon resided in and conducted his business out of a penthouse in the hotel before being sent to prison.

The Gathering of the Gargoyles Guild would host their first in-person meeting at the Park Manor Hotel in the summer of 1997. The event was almost disrupted when Solomon Hawke, inspired by the rhetoric of John Castaway attempted a mass shooting. ("Questions")

The Park Manor is an upscale hotel located on the corner of Central Park. It features a grand lobby, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and penthouse suites. The Dracon Family has operated out of the hotel for a period of time, and Antoinette Dracon claims to live in the hotel.

Real World Background
The Park Manor Hotel appears to be based on the famous Plaza Hotel located on 5th Avenue and 58th Street in Manhattan. The Plaza opened in 1907 and is considered a historical landmark. It has appeared in numerous movies and television shows; such as "North by Northwest", "The Way We Were", "Love At First Bite" and more. But just as the Park Manor attracts those bent towards criminality, the Plaza was briefly owned from 1988 until 1995 by a future convicted felon who appeared in the movie: "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York".
