In early 1995, Elisa Maza began tailing Xanatos's limo but often found herself getting spotted. After persuading her brother, Derek to follow them by air in a Police Helicopter, Owen spotted them on a monitor which allowed Xanatos to begin putting his plan to "acquire" Derek into motion. When Fox was released from Rikers Island, Xanatos picked her up in the limo. ("Leader of the Pack")
