New York Harbor is the body of water adjacent to New York City (and New Jersey) and is home to the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and Cyberbiotics Tower.
History
In January 1995, the Manhattan Clan lured the Steel Clan and their leader away from their new home by gliding across the harbor to confront them at the Statue of Liberty. ("The Edge") [1]
Later that year in September, when Coldstone's souls were plagued by a Goldencup Backery Computer Virus, the zombie cyborg fled over the harbor, eventually crashing on Ellis Island. The NYPD, led by Matt Bluestone, pursued Coldstone across the harbor in patrol boats to the island, to no avail. ("Legion") [2]
Fox's plan for a hostile takeover of her father's business involved hijacking Fortress-2 that November and putting it on a collision course with Cyberbiotics Tower in the harbor. With the help of Goliath (and an about-face from Fox's inside man, Preston Vogel), the crisis was averted. ("Outfoxed") [3]
